If the cause falls within the scope of the PFM Foundation mission and meets our eligibility requirements, we would be glad to receive an application. Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible.

You are eligible to apply if you are a PFM employee or immediate family member (past, present, and future) of a PFM employee, a 501(c)(3) organization or individual within the community, and are experiencing financial hardship due to certain qualifying events which are generally out of your control.

The minimum Grant amount is $500 and the maximum amount is $3,000. Exceptions to these limits may be granted at the discretion/approval of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Application reviews and notification of approval or denial, or requests for additional information, will generally occur no more than 30 days from the date of your initial submission. Upon notification of approval, disbursement of funds typically occurs within 5 business days.

Grants are awarded as lump sum payments sent via ACH direct deposit. When appropriate, the Foundation will provide approved applicants with instructions on how to provide personal banking information in order to receive funds.

Applicants should allow 2-4 weeks to receive a response. However, if there is extreme urgency to your request, you can send any questions you might have by email to: applications@thepfmfoundation.org

Yes. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt via email upon completion of your donation. Please review additional donation-related Frequently Asked Questions or visit our Donations page to be directed to the Donate Now link.

Security systems and procedures have been implemented to help ensure Applicant data is kept confidential and only viewed by a minimal number of committee members.
